  1. For US, AU, EU countries, BR, IL etc: Yun express which is most cost-effective as the shipping channel for major countries, shipping time 7-15 business days to most countries.

  1. For CA and NZ, we use UBI shipping, shipping time 8-11 business days

  1. For Southeast Asia: use Aiyi special line, shipping time 7 business days.

  1. JP: YD special line, shipping time 7 business days.

  1. AE + SA: HL special line, shipping time 7 business days.

  1. For the rest of countries: 4PX or EUB, shipping time 10-25 business days

  1. CN: SF express

You will receive your order in a range of 5 to 15 business days. 

  • All items will be shipped within 1-7 days upon receipt of payment 
  • Shipping Restrictions                                                                                        
  • Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses. For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered "beyond points". We can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  • TRACKING MY ORDER

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Refused Shipments                                                                                              

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us at info@customoi.ca so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Redirecting an Order                                                                                             

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
