If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail in order to receive a credit on your PayPal account.

DISCOUNTS AND CODES

Return Policy (90 Days)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. 3. Proof of Purchase: To take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
4. Resolution: If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. In some cases, we may offer a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available.
5. Limitations: The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.

2. For CA and NZ, we use UBI shipping, shipping time 8-11 business days
3. For Southeast Asia: use Aiyi special line, shipping time 7 business days.
4. JP: YD special line, shipping time 7 business days.
5. AE + SA: HL special line, shipping time 7 business days.
6. For the rest of countries: 4PX or EUB, shipping time 10-25 business days

You will receive your order in a range of 5 to 15 business days.

• Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses. For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered "beyond points". We can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
• TRACKING MY ORDER

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Refused Shipments                                                                                              

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us at info@customoi.ca so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.
