PAYPAL CONDITIONS

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail in order to receive a credit on your PayPal account.

Return Policy and Lifetime Warranty

Return Policy (90 Days)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a generous 90-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for a return.

2. Return Procedure:

   • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
   • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if required.

3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is received.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns within the 90-day period.

Lifetime Warranty

In addition to our 90-day return policy, we are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on select products. Our lifetime warranty is a testament to the quality and durability of our products. Here's what you need to know about our lifetime warranty:

1. Coverage: Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

2. Procedure: If you believe your product is experiencing a manufacturing defect or malfunction, please contact our customer service team at info@customoi.ca. They will guide you through the warranty claim process.

3. Proof of Purchase: To take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.

4. Resolution: If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. In some cases, we may offer a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available.

5. Limitations: The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.

You will receive your order in a range of 5 to 15 business days. 

• All items will be shipped within 1-7 days upon receipt of payment

• Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses. For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered "beyond points". We can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
• TRACKING MY ORDER

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Refused Shipments                                                                                              

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us at info@customoi.ca so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST.
